Project Management: PMIC’s project team has the experience, capability and well established procedures and processes to successfully plan, initiate, execute and close-out multi-disciplinary projects from the design and construction phase to hand-over and commissioning in various industries including Power, Telecommunications, Medical, and Civil Constructions sectors. Our comprehensive project management procedures and processes ensure that the following tested and proven well-defined project management fundamental principles are carried out in strict accordance with client and project criteria and expectations.
PMIC’s Procurement and Commercial Department has the experience, capability and well established procedures and processes to manage the entire procurement process from suppliers’ RFQ preparation, to selection and contractual appointment of suppliers in strict accordance with client and project criteria in various industries including Power, Telecommunications, Civil Infrastructures. Together with the client, appointed engineering contractors and the project team the entire planning, initiation, execution and close-out phases of the project are carefully managed and controlled in a disciplined fashion in strict accordance with our comprehensive quality management procedures, in line with the client’s quality management system.
We provide mechanical, electrical, civil and process engineering services for the safe and efficient construction of either standalone or integrated projects. Our workforce is trained to nationally recognised standards.
Our commissioning capability ensures that our process treatment plants are put into service, so that operational costs are optimised from the outset, whilst ensuring process performance. Operator training is an integral requirement, to ensure the continual performance of any process treatment plant.

We provide a multidisciplinary design service aimed at improving Health & Safety, raising Quality, and reducing Environment impact. Our experienced mechanical, electrical, civil and process engineers aim to provide all-inclusive design solutions that reflect an understanding of the full project lifecycle. We promote the use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to develop concepts so that stakeholders can understand all of the construction and operational aspects. BIM enables our engineers to develop ‘Build off site’ modules which reduces Project timescales and provides a lower carbon footprint.
PMIC has been in the forefront of the consulting firms that work on Initial Environmental Examination, Environmental Impact Assessments, and Strategic Environmental Assessments (SEA). The main activities related to IEE/EIA are in the field of solar PV, transmission line, and hydropower plants, and infrastructure. The emphasis is to find solutions that reduce or compensate for the potential impacts of construction, both in construction phases and operational phases. PMIC’s experts possesses extensive experience with environmental and social safeguards studies. This experience is reflected in the diversity of the projects that have been completed in this field.
